OUR STORY

My Father’s Family Travelled From Guangzhou, China To England In 1908.

After five decades running a successful laundry business they opened their first Chinese takeaway, where my father started helping his parents in the kitchen when he was just 15 years old. Over the decades to follow, he proceeded to cook and perfect his family’s recipes, opening several successful eateries.

Now residing in Loubès-Bernac, France, me, my father and my partner cook his all-time favourite dishes.
